Yusupov Palace is partially accessible for visitors with disabilities and other visitors with limited mobility. Services are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. For wheelchair users, the first-floor exhibition is accessible.
The nearest parking spaces for visitors with limited mobility are located in the paid parking area on Dekabristov Street.

When entering the Yusupov Estate from 21 Dekabristov Street, please receive a free admission ticket at the ticket office without waiting in line. The full list of visitor categories entitled to free admission to Yusupov Palace on the Moika is available in the Visitor Rules and Benefits section.
The cashier will explain how to get to the Main Courtyard and will notify the administrators and the excursion department staff about your visit.
The palace entrance from the Main Courtyard is equipped with a ramp and an administrator call button.
On entering the palace, the accompanying person leaves bulky items and outerwear in a special cloakroom.
Accessible toilets for visitors with limited mobility are located in the Stable Wing (open daily until 17:00) and on the basement level of the Palace. Please notify an administrator if you need to use them.
If a visitor cannot leave their wheelchair, only the interiors of the 1st floor are available for viewing: the Grand Vestibule, Music Drawing Room, Henry II Drawing Room, Prince's Study, Billiard Room, Moorish Drawing Room, Dressing Room, Secretary's Room, Buffet Room, Small Ballroom, Large Drawing Room, and Winter Garden.
Scooters and electric wheelchairs are permitted only with an accompanying person and with autonomous movement mode turned off.
In addition, the app provides a text version of the audio guide suitable for visitors with hearing impairments, room annotations, and Braille signs for visually impaired visitors.
