To order group excursion services, you have to:

1) Send a preliminary application to zakaz@yusupov-palace.ru or by fax 314-32-39 (be careful, applications are accepted until the 20th day of each month for the next month). Receipt of applications by fax or e-mail does not guarantee confirmation of the visit.

2) From the 25th of each month, be sure to call 314-88-93 to confirm the visit.

3) Confirmed applications must be fully paid at least 10 days before the day of the excursion.

4) Applications from legal entities are accepted on the official letterhead of the organization, indicating the details and certified by the signature of the CEO.

If the group does not show up or is late for more than 30 minutes, the group loses the right to excursion services without refund.
