  • Daily tours: 11.00 AM - 5.00 PM.

  • Individual foreign visitors are admitted to the gala suites and first-floor living quarters either with an audioguide (available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Finnish), or with an interpreter by prior reservation (fax 314-32-39, tel. 314-88-93).

The ticket office is open daily from 10.45 AM to 5.00 PM.

  • "Story about Rasputin": 1.45 PM. It is possible to join Russian-speaking group.

  • Tour services for foreign groups accompanied by an interpreter are available by prior reservation.

  • Closed for cleaning every first Wednesday of the month from October to April.

  • PAYMENT can be made only in cash.
